We met the owner at the OC fair last year and he recommended to have this sauce with chicken….and now I can’t have chicken without it! It’s especially great on fried chicken. Just the right amount of heat for me. Can’t wait to order more!

I’m a big hot sauce guy and this is the BEST sauce I’ve ever had. Chef Dave sources and grows thee very best ingredients.

This sauce is incredible!!! I bought it on Sunday and have less than half of the bottle remaining on Wednesday... it is a great heat, not uncomfortable but just enough kick, but the real selling point is the unique profile. It's creamy, it's smoky, it's exotic and fruity, it's great on pretty much everything so far and I usually don't like coconut but this is somehow the perfect amount!
I'm telling you, buy this sauce if you want to transcend your average culinary experience.

I first met Dave and tried a bunch his Culture Hot Sauce right in Burbank. They were all fantastic (we ended up buying 3 different bottles), but my personal favorite was the Tahitian Dream, the zest of the lime, the sweetness of the Tahitian Vanilla, it was truly a hot sauce I’ve never tasted before. But what really got me excited was Dave’s knowledge and love of these peppers and putting all of that into a bottle of Culture Hot Sauce. After meeting him he talked and let us try over 6 flavors that he had with him and explained each one thoroughly. This is a brand and person I will continue to support and want to see win. Thank you Dave for all of your hard work, passion, and ingenuity for introducing us to Culture Hot Sauce! If you haven’t tried it yet you’re doing yourself a disservice!
