Spicy Hot Sauce Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Culture Hot Sauce Bar Sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, hot sauce, and lime juice. Toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet.
- To assemble the tacos, place a few shrimp on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and crumbled cotija cheese.
- Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side. Enjoy!
